I specialize in anxiety disorders because I know firsthand how intense the symptoms can become and how overwhelming life can get. I also help those suffering from perfectionism, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, grief, life transitions, relationship/communication issues, negativity, and unhealthy coping skills.

I welcome teens (14+) and adults of all ages. My therapeutic approach is a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

I am a good listener and have a great memory but I can also teach you how to enjoy a more balanced life and enhance your self-awareness (if you’d like). I include humor in my therapy, don’t mind foul language, and enjoy helping others become their own best advocates.

**I also specialize in working with public safety professionals. I started my career as a fire fighter in 1999 and retired from local law enforcement in 2021. I had various roles in public safety but most of my years were in law enforcement and on patrol as a Field Training Officer. I am married to a combat veteran and have first-hand knowledge of the unique stressors facing the family members of the armed forces. If you are a public safety professional reading this right now and are seeking help: I get you. I understand you. I have been there too.

I provide telehealth sessions only.

I provide therapy for ages 14+

Individual 45 minute session: $145

Individual 60 minute session: $160

I am in-network with AETNA.
