Roger Otway, Therapy Intern

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University (2023) and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness at New York University-Steinhardt. I am committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients can navigate life’s challenges and growth.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy. I believe in nurturing space for clients to step into their power as active authorities in their treatment, fostering collaboration and respect throughout the counseling process. By integrating evidence-based CBT techniques with the empathetic, non-judgmental stance of client-centered therapy, I strive to tailor interventions that honor each client’s unique experience and promote meaningful, lasting change.

Albrina Burger, Therapy Intern
